Refund Policy

1. Service Call / Diagnostic Fees (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Why: You’re selling time, expertise, and travel.

Policy:

  • Service/diagnostic fees are non-refundable once technician is dispatched

  • Fee covers inspection, troubleshooting, and professional recommendations

👉 This stops people from “free estimates” disguised as service calls.

2. Repairs (LIMITED REFUND / WARRANTY-BASED)
Do NOT offer open refunds on repairs. That will get abused.
Policy:
  • All repair sales are final once work is completed

  • Covered by a labor + parts warranty (e.g., 30–90 days)

  • If something fails within warranty:

    • You fix it at no charge

    • No refunds—service correction only

👉 This keeps control in your hands instead of handing money back.

3. Deposits for New Doors (NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER ORDER)

This is critical.

Policy:

  • Deposits are:

    • Refundable BEFORE materials are ordered

    • NON-refundable AFTER order is placed

  • Special order doors (custom sizes, colors like black, etc.) are 100% non-refundable

👉 Protects you from getting stuck with a $5k door you can’t resell.

4. Full Door Installations

Policy:

  • Once installation is completed:

    • No refunds

    • Covered under manufacturer warranty + your labor warranty

  • Any issues handled via:

    • Adjustments

    • Repairs

    • Warranty claims
