👉 This stops people from “free estimates” disguised as service calls.
2. Repairs (LIMITED REFUND / WARRANTY-BASED)
Do NOT offer open refunds on repairs. That will get abused.

All repair sales are final once work is completed

Covered by a labor + parts warranty (e.g., 30–90 days)

If something fails within warranty:

You fix it at no charge

No refunds—service correction only

3. Deposits for New Doors (NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER ORDER)
This is critical.

Special order doors (custom sizes, colors like black, etc.) are 100% non-refundable
👉 Protects you from getting stuck with a $5k door you can’t resell.
